Welcome to Mul Aura Glow ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Mul Aura Glow - F.Z.C, License No. 55518, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using our website at mulauraglow.com (the "Site") and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and pricing accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, imagery, or other content is error-free, complete, or current. Formulations, packaging, and sizes may change without notice. All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate of 5% in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations. All products are intended for cosmetic and external use only.

In the event of a pricing error displayed on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order and notify you promptly. If you have already been charged at the incorrect price, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days or offer you the option to proceed at the correct price.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability. Accepted payment methods are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the listed total to your chosen payment method.

In the event that a product is out of stock or unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you within 48 hours and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. If an order is cancelled by us for any reason, any amount charged will be refunded in full within the same timeframe.

Delivery is available within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery timelines and shipping costs vary by emirate. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

A minimum order subtotal of 300 AED applies to all shipping locations outside of Dubai. Orders below this threshold for non-Dubai emirates cannot be processed.

Due to the nature of skincare products, returns are accepted only for items that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. We do not accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt and verification of the returned item.

Notwithstanding the above, in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, consumers have the right to return or replace a product within 7 days of receipt if the product is defective, does not conform to the description provided, or is otherwise not as advertised. In such cases, the product may be returned even if opened, provided the defect or non-conformity is not caused by the consumer's misuse.

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact and shipping information. You are responsible for using products strictly as directed and for performing a patch test before full application. If you have known allergies, are pregnant, or have a medical condition, consult a physician before use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this Site. Orders placed by minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

Our products are cosmetics and have not been evaluated by the UAE health authorities. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements about ingredients and their benefits are for educational purposes only and are not medical claims.

Mul Aura Glow is an authorized third-party retailer, not a manufacturer. All products featured on this Site — including VT PDRN and Purcell formulations — are genuine items sourced directly from their respective suppliers and brand owners in South Korea. We purchase authentic stock through official distribution channels and resell it to end consumers in the United Arab Emirates.

All product names, brand names, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on this Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only. Mul Aura Glow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these brand owners, unless explicitly stated. Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a claim of ownership, manufacture, or official partnership with any featured brand.

All original content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, imagery, and the "Mul Aura Glow" brand name — is the property of Mul Aura Glow and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Mul Aura Glow is not liable for any allergic reaction, skin irritation, or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Site, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Mul Aura Glow shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supplier disruptions, shipping carrier failures, government actions, or shortages of raw materials. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable after the event.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any external site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of those sites.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mul Aura Glow, its owners, and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
